Q: We’re right now looking for a component in our software to be able to create GANT-charts and found your component as a good option for us. Now we have some questions about the license agreement and hope that you can answer them fairly quick. Summarized, the question is: “Can we include our binary that has been developed from your source code in our product without limitations if we purchase the Source code & Site License and then sell our product on a license basis? ”

A: Yes you can but only in binary form. If you intend to sell the source code to your project, with our source code in it then there would be additional charges per unit sold and your client(s) would have to abide by our source code licenses. But binary is ok.
