END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR AN ACTIVEGANTT SCHEDULER COMPONENT LICENSE

IMPORTANT: READ CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU INSTALL OR USE THIS SOFTWARE: This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between You ("You" and "Your" includes a person and/or an individual entity) and The Source Code Store LLC ("SCS"), a Delaware Limited Liability Company. The Software includes the object code, the associated media, any printed materials, any updates, and any "online" or electronic documentation, as applicable. By accessing, installing, copying or otherwise using the Software, You agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, SCS is unwilling to license the Software to you. In such an event, You may not access, use or copy the Software, and you should promptly contact SCS for instructions concerning the return of the Software. WRITTEN ASSENT IS NOT A PREREQUISITE TO THE VALIDITY OR ENFORCEABILITY OF THIS EULA.

Grant of License:

SCS grants you the right to use The Source Code Store’s ACTIVEGANTT SCHEDULER COMPONENT for development purposes on one computer. In order to install the software on other development computers additional licenses must be purchased.

The distribution of the runtime component is royalty free for registered customers.

Copyright:

The software is owned by SCS, and is protected by the Copyright Laws of the United States and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat the software like any other copyrighted material (e.g. a book or musical recording) except that you may either make backup copies of the diskette or diskettes for archival purposes and/or transfer the software to a hard disk drive. Accompanying materials may not be copied.

License Keys:

Copying the license keys without holding a proper license constitutes a violation of the established copyrights.

Submissions:

Unless otherwise agreed upon expressly in writing, should You decide to submit any materials to SCS via electronic mail, through or to SCS websites, or otherwise, whether as feedback, data, questions, comments, ideas, concepts, techniques, suggestions or the like, You agree that such submissions are unrestricted and shall be deemed non-confidential upon submission. You grant to the SCS a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable license, with the right to sublicense, to use, copy, transmit, distribute, create derivative works of, commercialize, display and perform such submissions.

Other Restrictions:

You may not rent or lease the software to third parties, but you may transfer the materials, including printed manuals, diskettes and packaging on a permanent basis provided that you retain no copies and the recipient agrees to the terms of this agreement. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise disassemble the software. You may not use, copy, modify, or transfer the software or any copy in whole or in part except as expressly provided in this license agreement. SCS reserves all rights not expressly granted.
